Pretend it is summer all year round with this fabulously fruity and crispy rosé wine! A product of the finest Languedoc vineyards in the South of France.
The grapes are brought to the winery in the cool of the early-morning. After one or two days low-temperature skin contact, the free-run juice is collected and the grapes are pressed slowly.
The attractive aromas are harmonious and redolent of ripe juicy red berries, notably redcurrant and raspberry with notes of grenadine. On the palate, the wine has a ripe fruity character and a refreshing finish. Enjoy on its own or with cold starters, bbqs, salads and soft cheeses.
