This Chardonnay La Châsse is an elegant and lively wine.
› Grapes are harvested at the coolest hours of the day, and then pressed after a short skin-maceration (4 to 6 hours).
› Settling of the lees at low temperature (8-10°C).
› After 48 hours, clear juice is racked.
› Fermentation temperature is controlled at 16°C.
› Ageing in vats for 6 months before bottling.
› VEGAN WINE.
› Golden yellow with pale green hints.
› Elegant nose with white flowers, peach and pear aromas.
› Well-balanced on the palate with a juicy roundness and a citrus fruit finish.
Enjoy it between 10 and 12°C on its own or with fresh raw vegetables,fish,seafood, white meat or Italian cheese (Pecorino...).
