Winemaking

› Part of the crop is harvested slightly over-ripe to provide richness and depth.
› De-stemming and crushing.
› Maceration for 2 to 3 weeks.
› Wine is racked off before undergoing malolactic fermentation.
› 15% is oak aged for 6 months before blending and bottling.
› VEGAN WINE.

› Deep, crimson colour with purple hints.
› Highly aromatic nose with notes of ripe black fruit and spices.
